WHAT IS MAGGIE UP TO?

Maggie, Teacher at the Attic Window Quilt Shop, is taking a class from Julie, our doll expert.  Above, Maggie concentrates on painting her doll’s face.  

 Chris (shop owner) said that she finds doll parts like these all over the store…an arm here, a leg there.  What a hoot!

Maggie is also busy working on these BOM's which will soon be available.  This one above is called Little Red Barns and is by the Quilt Company.  

This BOM is called General’s Wives and is made with Civil War fabrics.  Watch for the upcoming Newsletter to find out when these BOM's and other new classes begin. 

DON’T FORGET:  Early Bird Special and Sit and Stitch is the Friday after Thanksgiving at the Attic Window Quilt Shop.  The shop will open at 7 a.m.  A make-it-take-it project will be available, as will donuts and snacks.   If you’d like to get away from the maddening crowds on Black Friday, come sit and sew with us.  You could finish up a UFO, work on a new project, or just enjoy visiting with your quilting friends.

 Christmas Craft Day is Saturday, November 26, from 9-5 at the shop.  Be sure and call to register for these fun projects.  

Sew We Quilt has a nice tutorial for a hot iron cozy.  Wouldn't that make a nice Christmas gift for a sewer/crafter?
