PROGRESS ON WIGGLY WHIMSY

Terry at  Terry’s Treasures is having a Wiggly Whimsy Sew Along.  You can still participate.  Just click on the picture on her sidebar for the directions.  I just finished my second strip.  Above are the first two strips side-by-side.  I will probably wait until I have all the strips made before I start sewing them together. 

This is a close up.  I love the looks of this and think it will make a cute quilt for my granddaughter.   I used the charm square pack Happy, but I noticed today on another blog that scraps were being used.  What a great idea.  I certainly have plenty of scraps and make another one just using my scraps.

On Another Note:  Just Crafty Enough has wonderful instructions for making a by your side ironing board.  I wish I had seen this before I tried to make mine last weekend.
