falling in love again

I first learned to sew in 7th grade.  We made elastic waist skirts.  I didn't do well, but I didn't give up.
A few weeks ago I decided to make a few skirts for school.  I have been having a ball, skirts are easy to make.  I even tried putting a zipper in one.  It all comes back to you!
My best friend in this whole process was my serger.  If you make clothing, a serger is a great thing to have! 
Just like your sewing machine, it's important to keep your serger clean too.  Here is a neat video on how to do that.
